How much Notice do you require?

Please place your order as early as possible, availability varies but typically at least 7 days notice is preferred. Rush orders may be accommodated depending on circumstances

We do not accept orders more than 2 months in advance

 

Do you deliver?

Yes, we offer delivery within Toronto, for between $10-$15. 

 

What payment methods are accepted?

E-Transfer is the only accepted payment method at this time. All orders must be paid in full at the time of booking to secure your order

 

Where are we located?

West End of Toronto, near Dufferin & Bloor. The full address is provided upon ordering

 

Is there minimum order amounts?

Yes: Cupcakes 6 (per flavour), Mini Cupcakes 12 (per flavour), Sugar Cookies 12

 

When will my order be baked?

All cupcake and cake orders are baked and decorated on the pick up or delivery date. Sugar Cookies are made the day before pick up or delivery as the royal icing needs time to dry

 

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your order please reach out to us as soon as possible. We know life can get in the way, refunds or credits will be given at our discretion. Please understand that colours may vary in different lights, while we cannot replicate any design exactly, our team will try their best to bring your vision to life

 

What if I have an allergy?

Baked By Bean is not an allergy friendly bakery, we use dairy, eggs and gluten in all our products. Nuts are also present in our facility as they are used in certain products.

Once your order has been collected or delivered any damages that may incur is not the responsibility of it’s Baked By Bean
